You have a revocation period of fourteen days after having received the order. During this period you can, without giving any reason, revoke your order by informing us by e-mail at: dorien@doggiesanddaffodils.be. Below you'll find a form to join to your shipment, which you can use for your convienience but you are not obliged to use it.
In this case the goods will have to be sent back to Doggies & Daffodils at the latest 14 days after the annulation of the order. The customer has to see to it that the goods are in the same state as he received them. The goods have to be unused. Doggies & Daffodils will refuse any return shipment that does not comply with these conditions.
The consumer will have to pay for the costs of the return shiptment. Unpaid shipments will be refused. We strongly recommend an insured return shipment, since we can not be held responsible for any loss or damages during the transport of the returned goods.
The total amount of the returned goods (including shipment costs to the customer) will be transferred to your account within 5 working days after receiving the returned goods.

ATTENTION: Excluded from the right of revocation are the products customised to your specifications.
